Data we collect

This website has no forms or user accounts. We only receive your data when you contact us by WhatsApp or email: your name, your phone number or email address, the dates and number of guests for your stay, and the content of your message.

We use it only to reply to you, prepare your stay and meet our legal obligations. We never sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and external services

We do not use our own cookies or any audience measurement tools. The dates you choose to see the price of your stay are stored only in your browser during your visit and are not sent to us.

The website is hosted by Netlify, which logs technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security purposes. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page displays a Google Maps map: Google may receive your IP address and use its own cookies.

Links to WhatsApp, Booking, Airbnb, Instagram and TikTok take you to external services, which apply their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request and your stay, and billing data for the period required by law.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and, if you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may access, update, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at casaaltarbh@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
